What counts as one page?
One page is one side of a document. A 10-page PDF counts as 10 pages. A scanned image of a single document page counts as 1 page regardless of file size or resolution.
Do Credits expire?
No. Credits you purchase on the Credits plan never expire. You can use them at your own pace across all three products: Parse, Extract, and Workflow.
Is the per-page rate the same across Parse, Extract, and Workflow?
Yes. One page costs the same whether you use the Parse API, the Extract API, or the Workflow platform. You are not penalised for which product you use.
What happens if I run out of Credits mid-batch?
It cannot happen mid-batch. The system checks your credit balance before accepting each document. If you have insufficient credits for a document, that submission is rejected upfront. Documents already accepted and queued will always complete processing.
