  • Customer submits KYC documents via digital upload or branch scan
  • Documents are sent to the extraction API automatically
  • Structured data is returned and pushed to the LOS via webhook
  • The credit team receives a pre-populated customer record, ready for assessment
  • Any low-confidence fields are flagged for review before the record is confirmed
